The problem
Behind every number on a waiting list is a child struggling at school without support, or an adult who has spent years wondering why their brain works the way it does. Many adults waiting today had needs that were visible in childhood — and went unrecognised.
This isn't a shortage of clinical expertise. It's fragmented information and overwhelmed professionals: histories scattered across systems, hours of documentation before judgement can even begin, and no thread connecting what a teacher notices at seven to what a clinician assesses at twenty-nine.
The pathway
Five stages. The platform structures the first four so the fifth — human judgement — comes sooner.
A teacher logs concerns in the tools the school already uses — reading pace, focus, wellbeing. Nothing new to learn.
Adaptive screening, grounded in DSM-5 and ICD-11 frameworks, builds a structured picture from teacher, parent and pupil input.
An Assess–Plan–Do–Review-aligned plan starts help now — with teacher, SENCO and parents in the loop, and consent recorded.
Adults and referred children complete a full structured assessment. The platform compiles a doctor-ready report — criteria mapping, differentials, formulation.
A named clinician reviews the evidence and signs off. Diagnosis stays human.
